  • 1 Soignon Ripened goat log 
  • 1 Pizza dough (or puff pastry dough)
  • Honey

  • Thick crème fraîche

  • Basil

  • Step 1

    Roll out the dough and cover with the thick crème fraîche.

  • Step 2

    Slice the goat cheese into rounds and arrange on top of the crème fraîche. Drizzle two tablespoons of honey over the pizza and top with a pinch of basil!

  • Step 3

    Bake for 15-20 minutes.
