Method
Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6-7).
Chop the spinach into strips and heat them in a pan on low heat.
Crumble the goat cheese log.
Grease a large ovenproof dish then add a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of spinach, then a layer of goat cheese crumbles, then a little béchamel sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Repeat the layers 2 or 3 times, then finish with a layer of béchamel sauce and top with grated Gruyere cheese.
Bake for about 30 minutes and serve hot with a green salad.
