  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add the crème fraîche, milk, salt, pepper, and flour. Beat the ingredients together until smooth.

  3. Stir in the grated goat cheese and spinach.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan. Add slices of the Soignon log on top.

  5. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.
