Goat cheese burger with bacon

  1. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey and hot sauce. Set aside in the refrigerator.

  2. Dice the cherry tomatoes and the avocado.

  3. Chop the red onion.

  4. Mix these ingredients together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook the Goat cheeses in a skillet or in the oven according to the instructions on the packet.

  6. Slice the buns in half and toast them.

  7. Spread sauce on the bottom of the buns.

  8. Add the vegetables and salad.

  9. Place 3 cheeses on each bun.

  10. Put on the top of the bun and enjoy!
