Roasted figs with goat cheese

  • Fresh goat logs
Chicken and curried vegetable empanadas
Serves 4 servings
Preparation 30 minutes
Cooking 25 minutes
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Slice the figs crosswise and place them in an ovenproof dish.

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and honey and bake for 10 minutes.

  4. Mash the Soignon fresh goat cheese log with a fork.

  5. Garnish the cooked figs with a spoonful of goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper sprinkle some thyme on top.

  6. Bake again for 6-8 minutes.

  7. Toast the bread slices and rub them with garlic.

  8. Serve the figs on the slices of bread.
