French Quiche with Zucchini, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese

  1. Half peel the zucchini, removing alternate strips. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.

  2. Crush the garlic.

  3. Sauté the zucchini with the garlic in the olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. Beat the eggs until slightly foamy, then add the milk and cream. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cut half a log of Soignon Unripened goat log Honey into slices and finely dice the sun-dried tomatoes.

  6. Line a pie dish with the pie crust. Pour in the zucchini and spread evenly.

  7. Cover with the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes then the slices of Soignon Unripened goat log Honey

  8. Pour in the quiche mixture.

  9. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

  10. Serve warm with a green salad.
