Goat cheese yogurt cake with praline sauce

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sugar until they turn white. Add in the yogurt, the oil, and 2 tbsp of Soignon Pyramid Spreadable.

  3. Sift the flour and baking powder into the mixture and fold in well. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold into the mixture.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured 15 cm cake pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

  5. Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes, stirring well.

  6. Heat the light cream and add it to the praline a little at a time mixing well.
