Method
Butter the slices of whole wheat bread.
Put a slice of goat cheese on one slice of bread, then add a slice of ham and a second slice of goat cheese. Top with the second slice of bread. Make 3 other sandwiches the same way.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes (180°C) and serve with a green salad.
