Goat cheese and honey pie

  • Ripened goat logs
Summer wrap with avocado, mango & salmon
Serves 4 servings

Cooking 10 minutes
  1. Finely chop and fry the onion.

  2. Moisten a little with water until they brown a little. Then add a good teaspoon of honey, mix and let the onions cook until they are soft.

  3. Unroll the pastry onto the pie tin

  4. Spread the light cream on the bottom of the tin and place the cooked onions on top. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cut the Soignon goat cheese log into slices and place the slices on the onions.

  6. Finish with a layer of Soignon shredded goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

  7. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 210°C
