Granola and goat fromage frais with strawberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C.

  2. Mix all the granola ingredients except the raisins and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25 minutes, stirring regularly (the granola should be nicely browned).

  3. Let cool, add the raisins and store in an airtight jar.

  4. Mix the fromage blanc with 2 spoonfuls of Soignon fresh goat cheese.

  5. In the jars, spread a layer of granola, a layer of strawberries, a layer of goat fromage blanc, and another layer of strawberries. Sprinkle with granola and close the jars. The desserts are ready to go.
