Pasta with Leek and Goat Cheese Sauce

Serves 4 servings

  1. Wash the leek and slice thinly.

  2. Peel the garlic clove, remove the green sprout in the middle and finely chop.

  3. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and leek for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and cook the pasta following the instructions on the packet.

  5. Drain the pasta.

  6. Heat the Soignon Spreadable pot with 5 cl water and the chopped chives.

  7. Add the pasta and leek to the sauce. Mix well and serve.
