  1. Peel the onion. Thinly slice the peppers and onion. Slice the chicken cutlets. Sauté in a pan with 1 tbsp olive oil.

  2. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped basil.

  3. Divide the vegetables and chicken among the tortillas. Add 2 Soignon goat cheese Medallions to each.

  4. Roll the tortillas to create the wraps and enjoy.
