  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Line the pan with the pie crust.

  3. In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, cream, chopped spinach and cilantro together.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Pour the mixture on top of the crust.

  6. Add the Goat cheese slices on top.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  8. Serve warm.
