Mini endive and goat cheese tarts

  1. Cut the bottoms off the endives and slice them into 4 lengthways.

  2. Melt a pat of butter with the honey, then add the endives.

  3. Season with salt and pepper. Then, leave to caramelize slightly on each side for 20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, cut 4 circles out of the pie crust the same diameter as your tart pans.

  5. Divide the cooked endives between the pans.

  6. Cover the pastry.

  7. Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.

  8. Add two round slices of the Duo cow and goat log on top and place back in the oven for 2 minutes.
