Spinach and smoked salmon clafoutis

  1. Cut the smoked salmon into strips.

  2. Put the flour in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs. Start to whisk, adding the milk a little at a time. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Chop the spinach leaves. Add them and the smoked salmon to the milk mixture.

  4. Pour into a large gratin dish.

  5. Add the slices of goat cheese on top.

  6. Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 45 minutes.
