One-pot chicken and goat cheese pasta

  1. Slice the chicken breasts.

  2. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes.

  3. Heat a little oil in a large frying pan and sauté the chicken breasts and spinach for a few minutes.

  4. Add the water, cream, mustard, pasta, and sun-dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Cook for about 10 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the sauce becomes creamy.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and slices of Soignon organic goat cheese when you serve it.

  7. Serve immediately.
