Pasta mit Ziegenkäsesoße

Goat Cheese and Tomato Crustless Quiche
Serves 2 servings

Cooking 10 minutes
  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted, boiling water. Just before the pasta has finished cooking, cut the goat cheese log into round slices and put in them in a frying pan over low heat.

  2. Let the goat cheese melt into a sauce, without the rind.

  3. Serve the pasta on plates and pour over the goat cheese sauce. Bon appétit!
