  1. Spread some Soignon Whipped goat cheese on the slices of bread.

  2. Dice the apricots. Divide them up on the 4 slices of bread.

  3. Top with the pistachios.

  4. Divide the pecans and cranberries among the remaining 4 slices of bread.

  5. Drizzle honey over all the slices of bread and serve.
