Chicken Skewers with Yogurt Barbecue Sauce

  1. Mix together all the barbecue sauce ingredients (including 50 g Soignon unripened goat log). Set aside in the refrigerator.

  2. Chop the chicken breast into pieces and thread them onto the skewers, alternating each piece of chicken with a cherry tomato.

  3. Brush with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook on a barbecue or a grill.

  5. When fully cooked, sprinkle with basil and rosemary.

  6. Serve with the yogurt barbecue sauce.
