Method
Mix together all the barbecue sauce ingredients (including 50 g Soignon unripened goat log). Set aside in the refrigerator.
Chop the chicken breast into pieces and thread them onto the skewers, alternating each piece of chicken with a cherry tomato.
Brush with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on a barbecue or a grill.
When fully cooked, sprinkle with basil and rosemary.
Serve with the yogurt barbecue sauce.
