Goat cheese and honey samosas

  • Ripened goat logs
Gourmet goat cheese and peach salad
Serves 4 servings

Cooking 10 minutes
  1. Cut the phyllo sheets in half.

  2. Slice the Soignon Creamy Ripened Goat Log into 16 pieces.

  3. Chop the apple into small pieces (a bit smaller than 5 mm).

  4. Place a piece of apple and a slice of goat cheese on each sheet of phyllo.

  5. Drizzle with a bit of honey and a few nuts (to taste for both).

  6. Fold the phyllo sheets to make samosas (triangle shape).

  7. Preheat your oven to 200°C and then bake for 5 to 10 minutes (time varies according to the type of oven).

  8. Enjoy as a snack or as an appetiser with a side salad... Bon appetit!!!
