Goat cheese, bacon and zucchini quiche

Fresh goat cheese and smoked salmon terrine

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini and arrange on top of the puff pastry, overlapping them.

  2. Crumble the goat cheese into a salad bowl and add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix together and spread over the slices of zucchini. Add the bacon, sliced into thin strips.

  3. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 180°C
