  1. Thinly slice the zucchini and arrange on top of the puff pastry, overlapping them.

  2. Crumble the extra creamy ripened log into a salad bowl and add the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Mix together and spread over the slices of zucchini. Add the bacon, sliced into thin strips.

  3. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 180°C
