  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Trim the asparagus, steam for 15 minutes, and then cut into pieces.

  3. Beat the eggs together with the light cream. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and add the pieces of asparagus.

  4. Line the Camembert boxes with parchment paper. Cut the Camembert de Chevre into pieces and place in the boxes until 3/4 filled. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
