Tagliatelle with goat cheese and honey sauce

Hot goat cheese cooked in the box with aspargus, quiche style
Serves 4 servings

Cooking 13 minutes
  1. Cook the fresh tagliatelle in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes.

  2. While they are cooking, carefully remove the rind from the goat cheese and melt the cheese in the crème fraîche, stirring until smooth. Season to taste.

  3. Drain the tagliatelle, put it in an ovenproof dish and cover with the goat cheese sauce.

  4. Drizzle 2 tbsp honey in a crisscross pattern over the pasta and top with fresh tomato slices and basil.

  5. Put in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes at 200°C until the tomatoes have started to brown. Serve and eat while hot!
