Method
Place the goat cheese in a ramekin and leave it at room temperature.
Then, rub the butter, breadcrumbs and flour together with your fingers. Spread on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C to make the crumble.
Cook the goat cheese in the ramekin at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Add the crumble and hazelnuts. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Drizzle with honey and serve straight away with slices of bread.
