Oven-baked goat cheese with a crumble-style topping

  1. Place the goat cheese in a ramekin and leave it at room temperature.

  2. Then, rub the butter, breadcrumbs and flour together with your fingers. Spread on a baking pan covered with parchment paper. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C to make the crumble.

  3. Cook the goat cheese in the ramekin at 200°C for 10 minutes.

  4. Add the crumble and hazelnuts. Cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. Drizzle with honey and serve straight away with slices of bread.
