Indian-style chicken meatballs with a goat cheese sauce

  1. Make the goat cheese sauce. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate.

  2. Make the chicken meatballs. Mix all the ingredients together except for the flour and oil and shape into balls the size of a large walnut.

  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Roll the balls in the flour and brown them in the skillet for 15 minutes.

  4. Serve the chicken meatballs either hot or warm with the goat cheese sauce.
