  1. Peel the carrot.

  2. Wash the cucumber and deseed it.

  3. Dice the carrot and cucumber.

  4. Cook the Breaded Cheeses Herbes de Provence according to the instructions on the packet until they are golden.

  5. Halve the avocados and remove the pit.

  6. Fill the center of the avocados with hummus.

  7. Sprinkle an even amount of diced vegetables over each avocado half, place a piece of Chevre Chaud on top, and serve.
