Detox Salad Bowl with Goat Milk Yogurt

Spaghetti with Goat Cheese and Honeyed Caramelized Onions

  1. Rinse the quinoa. Bring a pan of water to a boil, add salt, and cook the quinoa for 10 minutes (check the cook time on the packet). Drain and leave to cool.

  2. Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. Quarter the apple, remove the core and cut into thin slices.

  3. Roll up the carrot strips and arrange them in shallow bowls with the quinoa, red cabbage, and apple slices.

  4. Chop the cashews and the parsley and sprinkle them over the top.

  5. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the dish. Mix the goat milk or ewe milk yogurt with 4 tbsp Soignon Pyramid to accompany the salad bowl.
