Preparation 15 minutes
  1. Blend the beets into a coulis. Mix it together with a tub and a half of whipped goat cheese. Set aside.

  2. Peel and chop the garlic cloves. Mix them with the rest of the whipped goat cheese. Add the parsley and chives.

  3. Serve these dips with crackers, veggie sticks and chips (carrot, radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, etc.).
